He specializes in banking and project finance transactions, corporate and capital/debt capital market field, and FMCG. He is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and the Negotiation and Contract Drafting Expert in Egypt. He obtained his LL.M degree from Robert H. McKinney – Indiana University- USA in International and Comparative Law. His expertise enables him to structure and close high-profile and complex financing transactions successfully, and he has drafted, negotiated and executed a long line of sophisticated syndications, club and multilateral transactions, credit facility agreements, rescheduling debt agreements and related security documents.
Professor Dr Mensur has studied in Switzerland, Malaysia, and Slovenia and earned a doctorate in Marketing and Public Relations. Most recently, he has led two international schools in Switzerland, where he developed and accredited
study programs, conducted international school marketing, and taught in his field of expertise. In addition, he brings experience as a marketing and PR consultant in Macedonia, Switzerland, and Malaysia, especially in the public and political sectors. With a strong conceptual understanding and a healthy dose of curiosity, courage, and pragmatism, he
